Product Description
The flaxseeds shelling machine TFYMZ-200 is a patented product developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It features the functions of shelling,separating, shells removing, etc. It is an ideal equipment for flaxseed processing.
Working Principle
The flaxseeds should be sized and dried before shelling.After the pre-treatment,the flaxseeds are fed from the input hopper and then elevated by the bucket elevator to the flaxseed dehullers for shelling, separating and shells removing. The unhulled flaxseed is returned to the bucket elevator and fed to dehullers for secondary shelling. There will be a part of shells mixed with flaxseed kernels which have been shelled.Then the mixture will go into the electrostatic air separator for separating shells properly to get the kernels at the terminal.
