How does hazelnuts processing equipment work?
Our badam processing equipment can be evenly transported to the grading screen system after entering the spiral elevator through the feed hopper. The grading unit of the hazelnuts processing equipment will grade the nuts according to the particle size, and then enter the appropriate shelling path respectively. The graded nuts are sent to the shelling and separation unit through the second spiral elevator. The shelled mixture is sent to the air separation structure, and the lighter shells are quickly blown away by the difference in wind pressure, while the heavier kernels fall into the shell-kernel separator for further processing. In the shell-kernel separator, the mixture is density-separated again, and the leaf spring conveyor will transport some of the unshelled return materials to the front end for re-shelling to achieve recycling processing. Finally, the processed shells and kernels are discharged separately through the double discharge system.
